Tax Optimization
Our focus is on minimizing tax burdens. We accomplish this on two different levels.
The first way is by analyzing the structure of your company. Which legal form minimizes your tax burden: a holding company, a limited liability partnership, a limited liability company, or a joint-stock corporation?
The second avenue by which we reduce your taxes is by restructuring your current operations. We have a variety of tools to do this, for example: capital reserves, cost reallocation, etc..
Avoid Audits
The tax office processes returns using an automated, digital system. Risk ratios and parameters are used to flag suspicious cases for manual review. We don’t ever want to find ourselves in that group. Our job is to make your tax returns as inconspicuous as possible.
That way you avoid tax audits and thus the risk of owing back taxes and incurring other costs.
